I think Tristan is stepping up because he feels like he owes Khloe and her family since she's allowing him to live with her while his house is remodeling. How long will that act last though? Also, they took in his disabled brother after their mom passed away. I understand serial cheaters do have other good traits. That's a human. We are dynamic beings. I still do not trust him though. Maybe as a friend, but definitely not as a romantic partner.
I also do understand him when he said he was like groomed and influenced by the environment he was in, being a baller. I think a lot of rappers, athletes, A-list actors, etc. went through that. If he actually learned and changed then good for him. Maybe he will prove himself with his next partner.

I respect viewing people as multifaceted but keep them at a distance in the areas that they hurt you, esp if they did it multiple times.
