The star of many of your favorite shows, Alison Brie, explains what were the differences of shooting Mad Men and Community and how much the #scripts allowed #improv.
I have so many questions about both
those shows you guys were talking about
community and how loose you guys would
be and you could improvise and everyone
was a killer comedian on it and then on
Mad Men everything every moment was very
scripted he takes a sip of whiskey here
puts the glass down absolutely there
would it would be written in the script
like a Trudy line of dialogue and then
it would say like she puts her hand to
her forehead middle finger between her
eyebrows but then every so often would
come in and be like it’s just feeling a
little canned like you know it needs to
feel like in the moment be like well I
am feeling very Mar to this strange
gesture that you’ve decided I I would do
in this moment but I loved it I actually
felt like it was a really it was so fun
to do both and to see both sides of
that mustache
