It seems Kim was projecting her guilt and insecurity around not being there 24/7 w her kids the way Khloe seemingly is onto Khloe by making the discussion originally about Chicago’s hair not being washed into Khloe not interacting w other people outside of family. That “the whale” comparison was also dicey even if she was referencing the solitary lifestyle considering Khloe’s complex w weight. Kim is good at deflecting and projecting.

Kim clearly shames Khloe in the same way she shamed Kourtney. It's fascinating to see how she wants her sisters to mirror her own lifestyle, showing little interest in her own children because she prioritizes herself above all. Kourtney & Khloe reflect aspects of Kim that she avoids confronting.
