Surely Mr. Ye realizes that he can simply go back to court & pursue a child support reduction just as Halle Berry did- to where she now only pays $8000.00 a month child support since her finances are not the same. Mr. Ye does not need to allegedly ask Ms. Kim to give him a break; our legal system is in place to make certain that fair practices are upheld as pertains to child support obligations. Mr. Ye has a beautiful new wife & they allegedly look forward to sharing a few children of their own together; therefore, Mr. Ye may eventually need to pursue a child support reduction legally so as to care for his wife & future children with his beautiful wife; to contribute his percentage to the care of his children with the former wife, & to continue to support his business ventures. Anyone dealing with a child support obligation can turn to the legal system & avoid asking any /ex/ for anything. An /ex/ is not in control of the written law that must be fairly adhered to as pertains to allowed changes in child support obligations.
