Repeat after me: we don’t have royalty in Germany. These are self-entitled people who wish back to the times of birthright. So no, there’s no such thing as a prince of Bavaria.
Germany has neither royalty nor nobility, nor does Bavaria. The people pictured here aren’t princes, the titles they use aren’t recognised by the law.
