My mom grounded me one whole summer because she forgot I was grounded. It was only supposed to be a week she said but she didn't tell me so I thought I was grounded still, so when school came around I finally asked her if I was grounded still she said "You were grounded? When?" She repeated apologizing to me,but I think I should have asked after the week instead until school started. I think half of it was on me lol 🤣

I am the youngest of 6. And i distictly recall getting hidings with a plethora of weapons from my mom's arsenal. I recall wooden spoon, paddle, cricket bat (I will be honest, i was surprised she could lift it) bamboo stick, slipper, belt, etc.
Her martial arts skills coming out. Nun-chucks, mace, katana (the flat side of course) were waiting in the closet to be used in case all else failed
