Most stupid thing in US police is they are alone in a car. Most other countries always have two officers in a patrol car.

In Ireland the guards (what we call police in Ireland) usually also wear black or dark green uniforms, you can see guards wearing high vision vests but it's very rare and more of a British thing.
Oh you forgot to add that most people of color have higher rates of survival when encountering non U.S. cops. Lol 😂

In Brazil they can stop you pointing a gun for no reason at all. Yes, the country is a mess of violence, but still, cops shouldn't be allowed to do that.
About the high-visibility uniforms, they might discourage a crime if the criminal spots the cop, but in other scenarios, you may not want to uncover the officers
