After his lawsuit was filed, she was backed into a corner because he called her out about it!
She claims that he sexually harassed her but he has evidence of her inviting him to her trailer while she was pumping….she is a liar and just played every woman with her legal complaint. She knew that she would get people to sympathize with her with that claim and now everyone will know that she will use anything to get her way including lies lies lies…
Suing the NYT instead of Blake is still retaliation against her. He wants a way to continue a smear campaign and spin his narrative without being seen to directly attack her. I'm glad she's suing this slimeball.

Ugh, this shows how stupid he and his team are. They won’t win this. All NYT did was report what her filing said and then talked to a couple people or two. They are not accountable for what witnesses say or what her filing says. When you do stupid and desperate things like this, it shows that you’re trying to shift the conversation. The thing that got them in trouble in the first place. Smugness never accomplishes anything and usually works against you. If Justin wants to counter sue Blake because he has evidence that shows that she’s instigating this and not telling the truth that is one thing. He should definitely do that. However those texts and emails in her filing are pretty damning, but maybe he has some from her and her team too? I guarantee Blake also has more evidence which will show up in court. You never put all your eggs in a basket in an initial filing so she’ll have more discovery also. This was a dumb move from his team. Very dumb. The reason why is, because they’re (NYT) researchers and journalists and now they’re going to dig deep in his past for anything to use against him. I would fire whoever told him to file this lawsuit against them. Even if he doesn’t have anything in his past, they still will dig, dig, dig. Why put yourself in that position to be in the headlines even more or have more people coming out of the woodwork. I just don’t quite understand this, but it’s not going to play out how he thinks. it will most likely be dismissed pretty promptly, but it’s going to keep his name negatively in the news for months now.
