Blake did not publicly accused Justin of Sexual Harassments and misconduct at the work place. She filed a private complaint during filming. They had no intentions to bring down Justin when he himself kept pestering her to give her input and creative direction to achieve his own agenda. Blake only filed papers publicly against him after he was CAUGHT hiring publicists to smear and bury her with bullying claims and to get the public on his side while he appears victimized as a bullied feminist. His intentions was caught much earlier and many knew about it that's why they stayed away from him and unfollowed him for a reason. If you know someone (even a Director or whatever high status he is) has wronged you and was secretly trying to destroy you for standing up for yourself, will you still stand next to them in red carpets smiling? Of course not. He was probably sent to wait (or in his preferred words, the 'basement') for his turn on the red carpet as people are obviously uncomfortable with him. You don't hire people to destroy others just because your colleague has better influence or a different creative preference.
