Lily Collins and her husband Charlie McDowell announce that they welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Tove Jane McDowell, via surrogate. Lily and Charlie wrote in a joint Instagram post Jan. 31, “Words will never express our endless gratitude for our incredible surrogate and everyone who helped us along the way.”
