I think that in this new lawsuit by Blake, she will bring Jenny Slate as a witness to the "abuse" on set and perhaps Blake's personal trainer. Now, it is easy for Jenny, who did not like Justin, to falsely accuse him of abuse. What I think Justin should be able to do to strengthen his argument that it was just an actress who felt uncomfortable on set because she did not like him, would be to get testimonies from all the members of the film's crew; from the cast of the previous films he produced and from the cast of Jane the Virgin saying that the environment was not toxic as Blake claims. Sad for Justin 😥

AD's (assistant directors) are in charge of scheduling. If a day of shooting goes too long 14, 16, 18 hours then they are blamed and could be fired. They produce a "Production Report" which details every incident such as a piece of equipment not working or an actress staying in her dressing room that causes shooting to stop. The unwritten rule with some actresses is that the AD's can't write that production halted because the actress didn't come out of her dressing room. AD's who are brave enough to write down in the report that they couldn't shoot because the actress didn't come to set when called can make that actress angry and may lead to firing
