DISCLAIMER (Of course, I’d have one 😁)
Hey, you might think that this info makes me your lawyer, but it doesn’t and I’m not. Sorry, but I AM NOT YOUR LAWYER unless we have an engagement agreement. I am just providing public information here, like a library does, and am not providing you with legal advice about your situation. So, it would be totally unreasonable for you to conclude we have an attorney-client relationship just because you’re viewing this information.

    2. As an artist even playing my own songs NASHVILLE of all place gives out tickets for people playing on the corners. From what I've heard they ticket you but don't tell you to leave haha so keep doing this and pay the fine you bastard struggling musician barely affording rent!

    3. Hey law by Mike I have a question. If two kids get in a school fight and none of them get hurt can the district sue the kid who started it?

    4. copy righr law isn;t in the prevweiw of any state or local law enforcement. Therefore you can't be arrested for singing in a group in public as it wouid take federal charge NTW, suing isn't a crime but civil infration at best.
only akward stupid cumminties mae yopiu need a permit for gaqrge sale. Bunch of nbasty iberal cities.

    5. A lot of these come down to how much can you actually enforce these laws and how much the police will actually care. Important life principle: if you can't actually enforce a rule or law, it's called a suggestion.

To address the music one, record companies did some wild, crazy stuff legally when the recorded music industry was getting started. So many of those laws are unbelievable. As well, a lot of it, even a judge will scratch their head at. A great deal of it can't be enforced.

Even a bar or club hiring a band to play covers is technically illegal, but no one gets sent to jail for it. It really won't even hold up in court if people try to sue (a judge usually won't do anything with it anyway).
