If you listen to the full short video they made about how they put together their first album, Benny mentions that she kept going to bed between tracks while he did the production, mixing and engineering of each song. The new kidney removed Lupus from her body but it could come back and the new one is only gonna last 30 years (since 2017) so when she's 54 she has to look for another one.
