Why Chrissy Teigen, John Legend’s Son Wren Is Wearing a Boot | E! News

Chrissy Tegan speaks out amid concerns about her and John Legend’s youngest son. The model takes to Instagram May 1st to share a carousel of photos, including her 22-month-old son, Ren. In one p, he could be seen wearing an orthopedic walker boot on his right foot. Not to worry, however, the mom of four clarified the reason for the boot in the comment section of her post, writing, “Ren is a-okay. Just a little boot because he’s having trouble putting all his weight on this leg. Not a terrible break. Thank the Lord. They heal so fast right now.” Chrissy included in her post videos of Ren wearing the boot while talking to what appears to be a talking cactus toy and while sitting the front passenger side of a real fire truck near his sister Estie. In another clip, Ren is seen running barefoot without the device outside by the 2-year-old. In addition to the toddlers, Chrissy and John are also parents of daughter Luna and Miles, who will turn seven later this month. Like many celebrities, they have help raising their kids. Chrissy told ENews in April 2024, “We have an incredible amount of nannies. Whenever Mother’s Day comes around, I can only think of them. John was quick to give his wife kudos as well. He told Chrissy, “You’re such a great mom, but I think we also try to make sure that we’re there for our kids in the moments that really matter and really help share their personalities and their views in life. We really talk to them about how to be good people.” While the singer and his wife rely on nannies for help with their kids amid their busy schedules, the two prioritize having one-on-one time with their kids at the end of the day. Chrissy said, “I think for me, getting to lay down with them and getting to read them stories and hear about their day and stuff, that’s really special moments that you don’t want to miss out on as parents.
