Hey everybody, it’s Brad from Three Doors Down. I hope you’re having a great day today. Um, got some not so good news for you today. And uh, so I’ been sick a couple of weeks ago and then went to the hospital and got a uh, got checked out and had actually got the diagnosis that I had a clear cell renal carcinoma that had testic lung and uh, and that’s stage four and that’s not real good. But you know what? We we serve a mighty God and he can over he can over do he can overcome anything. So I have no fear. I really sincerely not scared of it at all. Um, but it is going to force us to cancel our tour this summer and uh we’re sorry for that. And I’d love for you to lift me up in prayer every chance you get and uh think it’s time for me to maybe go listen to my to not my time a little bit. Right. Thank you guys so much. God loves you. We love you. See you.

3 Doors Down has been forced to cancel their latest tour after the band’s lead singer and drummer, Brad Arnold, was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.

Arnold, 46, announced the shocking news on Wednesday, May 7, via social media.

 ”Hey everybody, it’s Brad from 3 Doors Down,” the “Kryptonite” singer began his Instagram video. “I hope you’re having a great day today. I’ve got some not-so-good news for you today.”

Arnold learned he was sick with clear cell renal cell carcinoma, a form of kidney cancer, “a couple of weeks ago” after falling ill and going to the hospital. It was then that doctors discovered the cancer was Stage 4 and had already spread to his lungs.
