I think the subpoena should have still proceeded just "to make a point". Subpoenas are standard procedure and extremely common. No misconduct in issuing one.

"Unjustly harassed" lol! They're speaking in a very defensive way! It's very obvious. This is the only defense mechanism they have about this issue. Deep inside they knew they're f*cked. Blake lying about Taylor's involvement with all those video interviews she had, promoting the movie where she couldn't shut up about it is going to be a very humiliating experience for her during the actual trial.
