Tom Cruise Makes Rare Comment About Ex Wife Nicole Kidman | E! News
Tom Cruz is praising ex-wife Nicole Kidman. In a recent interview with the British Film Institute Sight and Sound magazine obtained by Deadline, the actor compliments Nicole while discussing the 1999 film Eyes Wide Shut, which they starred in opposite one another, recalling that he flew out to meet the film’s director, Stanley Kubri, before signing on to the project, saying, “I read the script the day before and we spent the day talking about it. Then it was basically he and I getting to know each other. And when we were doing that, I suggested Nicole play the role of Alice because obviously she’s a great actress. Tom and Nicole, who tied the knot in 1990, played couple Dr. William Hartford and his wife Alice in the thriller with the Mission Impossible star going on to reveal more about their time working on the film, explaining, “It was a very unique experience, not a large crew. We arrived in the summer and basically just started testing. The script was just an idea. We were constantly rewriting the scenes and shooting the scenes and then re-shooting the scenes to really find the tone of the film. The former couple, who share adopted kids, 32-year-old daughter Isabella and 30-year-old Connor, later divorced in 2001. Tom then welcomed daughter Siri Cruz with Katie Holmes in April 2006 before marrying the actress in November that same year. However, Katie later filed for divorce in 2012. As for Nicole, she tied the knot with country music star Keith Urban in 2006, with whom she now shares daughters, 16-year-old Sunday Rose and 14-year-old Faith Margaret. [Music]

I remember working with Nicole Kidman as a security guard in 2007, and she and Keith Urban were unbelievably mean to me and others I worked with and would yell like drill sargeants to my fellow employees and others I worked with. They were also abusive to a poor pizza delivery driver that was so afraid of them that he almost hit their limo as Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman were yelling at him to the top of rheir lungs to let their limo go first. I remember working for several hours with them insisting I am npt allowed to go to the restroom to pee. I was in total agony for hours that was totally indescribable. Keith Urban constantly called the guards to yell at them and to make sure guards didn't go to the restroom, then would hang up the phone. He threatened the guards jobs a lot, too. These 2 were some of tge meanest people I have ever been in contact with. I also remember guards did not like working there, and the company I worked for had a hard time keeping guards there.
