I feel like BLs lawyers are trying to come off a bit more "gentle" to cater and appease to Judge Liman's liking. Its pissing me off. I feel like they r using this "softer" tactic after having seen Judge Liman's response to JBs filing in regards to Taylor having been struck and BF having been given a warning from the judge. This is all such a game. I truly just hope we see true justice in the end. But this kind of stuff gets me feeling nervous that the wrong person could get away with it.

Someone needs to tell Blake that in law – it's either this or that, there is no in-between. She said she was suffering from emotional distress and heartache or words to that effect. And now she wants to withdraw those claims. But with the proviso that she can make them at any time she sees fit. In other words holding the threat of legal action against Justin at a later date. Whereby causing him severe emotion distress. No, it's either she hands over her medical documents or withdraws her claim and it stays gone. Any court case has to be a level playing field in order for both parties to see justice is being served to each of them. It would be a tad difficult to show emotional distress when Blake was on the red carpet, launching another body and hair mist, serving doughnuts to customers, and going to dinner. Does any of that sound like a person going through bad times, mentally?
