it should be ILLEGAL to withhold any information regarding a death. the public should have a right to knowledge that may prevent them from future harm regarding an incident, event, or PERSON. i don't care who Emily Kiser was or is but i DO care if her negligence caused the death of a child bc i sure as heck would not want that person around my own child.
100 percent their own fault. Their negligence caused their son’s death. They should have had a gate around that pool. Now they have to live with knowing they caused their son’s deaths. I’m sure she thought having a pool gate was not aesthetically pleasing 🤦♀️
I hope the details do come out only because it will inevitably save other children, even just 1 from drowning. Yes she doesn’t owe it to us but why not if it will save a life!!!

They are living every parents Nightmare.. Prayers for her and the family.. It could happen to anyone and in a blink.. So tragic
What sick person would want to pry into someone’s life that much to be this obsessed with trying to get footage of body cam hours after the incident occurred and yes it does feel like she should take some responsibility & accountability about the situation but it just happened and she deserves to grieve. There will be an investigation into the matter and that’s it.

That child suffered for no reason all because their irresponsible parents didn't want to put up a fence.. drowning is one of the slowest and most painful deaths and this could've been completely avoided if the Mom listened to the comments and didn't erase them when people were telling her to get a fence for the pool

This was 💯 avoidable. Social services should be involved! They exploited their children by flaunting them all over social media. That was bad enough, but refusing to install a pool gate which is basic safeguarding is complete neglegence!! So ironic, she used social media to paint the picture of a perfect life and perfect mum. But if she spent more time being a mum than focusing on money and material things she wouldnt be in this position.
A lifeguard fails to save a drowning child they get charged with a crime. Child drowns at home under parents watch… nothing.
Should've she had a pool fence yes. But there is nothing the internet can blame her for that she hasn't already blamed herself for. Losing your child is punishment enough she should not be charged.
Why is she not in jail? A pool in the backyard and two adults and a child drowns? Ask yourself was anyone watching? No obviously they weren't.

What does she expect when her life is on social media. If Emily's so worried about privacy then shed delete all her social media accounts
There is a difference between when a child is in the water and maybe swallows water or somehow gets water in their lungs. There are ways to treat that. This child was in the water to the point of being unconscious- that’s more than a split second.
“A profound invasion of privacy.” Now they care about privacy?? They didn’t when they forced him to entertain 4,000,000+ strangers online. Poor boy didn’t know a day of privacy.
