    1. This isn't true whatsoever. What she is explaining is clemency not a pardon. Clemency is when you're set free from the charges against you. A pardon is when your charges disappear. Now they're not expunged because that's a separate thing like when someone charges are dropped. They still have to move to expung them which the Chrisleys will most certainly do.

    2. Who cares! Every day people in the urban city are victims of crime horrible crime in the ghetto and nobody cares. The fixation by the media on Rich famous people is disgusting.

    3. Hello my name is Charles Barnes I live in Florida I wish I can get my record expunged and erase that's sorry Florida Governor we have you don't do anything for black people if I was a white man he would and erased my records without hesitation

    4. It should be expunged and never used against them again. President Trump gave them a full pardon, sounds to me like the State plans on using it to prosecute again. I hope the Chrisleys sue the state of Ga for all there corruption.

    5. Liberals can hate all day because Trump’s doing what’s right. The party of irrelevancy has no say in anything other than their TDS rhetoric.

    6. So………… WTF is your point? Most cognitive adults already know this… Are you trying to lessen what a Presidential Pardon is? They mean the same as they did in 1777…. That's all this is, is trying to sh!t on something this President has done… Compare who President Trump has pardoned with those the Obiden regime cut loose…
