it is incredible Fred Pit Eniness Damon’s red carpet date at the F1 premiere will get your heart racing The star brought his girlfriend of nearly two years to the New York City premiere of his Formula 1 movie holding her hand as they walked down the red carpet together For the outing Brad looked dapper in a navy suit while Enz sported a baby blue Chanel number And while the couple who were first linked in November 2022 have been notoriously private about their romance Enz has been by Brad’s side throughout the making of F1 which also stars Damson Idrris Carrie Condan and Javier Bardam as well as cameos from professional Formula 1 drivers like Lewis Hamilton In fact Brad and Enz hit up the Formula 1 British Grand Prix last July watching the race together before the actor hopped into the pit lane to film some scenes E-news Emily Curl caught up with Brad at the premiere as well and he detailed just how grueling the prep was You are no stranger to the big screen But I’m so curious what got you particularly excited about this role I listen I’ve been trying to get a racing movie made for decades and for whether it was on bikes or planes cars boats I didn’t care And it just never came to fruition until I got the call here with Joe Kazinski who must have been sitting around after Maverick going “What do I do next how do I top that i know F1 And his idea was to put actors in real cars on real tracks and embed us in the racing season It’s really audacious and unprecedented I don’t I don’t know of any other time that’s happened So a whole new adventure With so many people getting more and more into this sport what is something that you really after spending so much time in the world really appreciate about Formula 1 oh my god what these guys can do at these speeds And don’t forget they’re jumping time zone time zone time zone just you know it’s it’s just it is incredible They are the best in the world and and I don’t there’s just such a magic to this ecosystem that I I miss being around it Yeah What was the most physically challenging part for you doing something like this i was really into the driving and we had great coaches with us and great cars and real pit crews And I think the most difficult thing was really developing a script that would cater to the diehard fans who treat this sport as religion but also cater to any newcomers So just threading that needle I think we got there I I really think we got there but that was that was uh that was on our minds a lot And lastly you’ve been on this global press tour Do you get some time to relax this summer do you have any fun summer plans not yet but we’ll figure it out I love it Thank you Brad I appreciate your time Thank you so much [Music]
