of the subpoena materials requested the judge did not grant that because of a technicality the Woody Allen apologist already agreed to their requests and has been handing over some information the judge just didn’t feel it was necessary to hurry her along so the only way to interpret today’s ruling is a massive victory for team Baldon Wayfairer but that’s not how team Dulu is trying to spin it in a justreleased statement they say quote “The court outright denied the Wayfairer party’s motion to compel documents from Miss Lively who has produced far more documents in this case than the catch Lying Lively in a lie taylor Swift’s attorney has put in writing that they did not share any documents with team Belon but what if they verbally confirmed or denied things and verbally shared information if the subpoena was withdrawn and they voluntarily verbally shared information and confirmed and denied things team Belon does not have to let the opposing side know that remember this is just a theory so for example let’s say team Belon was made aware by Taylor Swift’s dad that yes her former bestie confessed to her a lot via text message perhaps even Dickpool’s wife conspired or or you know um played out scenarios plotted against Justin Maldoni and used Taylor Swift as either a sounding board or just opened up and confessed everything now when Liarly produces the texts and emails if if she has deleted the texts that could be damning especially when now we know perhaps that there are texts or if she hands over texts and emails but omits some or edits them in some capacity team Baldoni could potentially know they’ve been altered translation that would be hella illegal and put her in deep hot water right these are some of the theories i don’t know if I believe O matter which way this goes, Blake is not going to work again in Hollywood. No producer or director will take a chance after seeing all the videos admitting she tries to take charge of the movies she’s cast in. Taylor’s subpoena was withdrawn without prejudice. If Freedman is aware of the content and Blake submits altered messages, Freedman could reissue the subpoena to Taylor. He could then present the discrepancies to the jury, which could significantly damage her credibility, especially considering her previous dishonesty.

Any mobile comms & emails will likely require an electronic discovery (e-discovery). Which means a forensic production. There is so much legal production software that can extract the data forensically, bc BL will not turn over her actual phone, and the search parameters will be put in the software to digitally pull and then produce a forensic copy. Any deleted texts will likely be recoverable. The way to corroborate what BF was “told” – so much so that he was willing to commit perjury if it was false via the affidavit – is through these comms. His contact happened on 14 Feb; subpoena to BL for TS docs, comms, etc, issued 21 Feb (or around that date). So if what he was told is true, the forensic production will prove it – AND not require TS to testify or be deposed bc they were produced during discovery and will be entered into evidence. TS wouldn’t need to testify to validate the comms, but BL does and that’s why BF wants them before he deposes her. WIN

Didn't Freidman only request (and receive) the conversations between Blake's lawyers and Taylor's lawyers (the alleged 10 years of texts and the letter of support)? He didn't ask them for the conversations between Blake and Taylor, that's why he is requesting those now (if I'm not mistaken)

A Judge can request text messages from a cell phone company. Even if the messages have been deleted by the individual. The cell phone company can potentially recover and provide the text messages if they are still stored within their systems.
