The movie wasn't great, but I could enjoy it thanks to her performance, I think she did great with the script she got, there are way worse actresses that deserve the award.
Besides, I don't think awarding bad performances/movies is productive, we should focus on the good things of movies. Imagine a young actress/actor who is starting in their career and they win a Razzie for a performance in movie that didn't have a good script for them to shine. That experience could be bad for them. I'm glad Dakota took winning the Razzie as a funny experience rather than a devastating one.
