exaggerating when I tell you that this is a gamecher for many reasons as some of you might remember the saga really kicked off in December after the New York Times published their explosive article alleging a smear campaign orchestrated by Justin Baldoni just a couple of days after that article and accompanying video were published the journalist responsible for it gave an interview with NPR this flew under the radar because I did not see it until today it was published December 23rd it’s with All Things Considered ari Shapiro interviewed Megan Tuhei is that how you pronounce her last name tuhi check this out the NPR journalist says and it’s not just the mechanics of how this machine the smear campaign operates but also that it sprang from an allegation of sexual harassment and is entirely grounded in a gender imbalance on set Blake Lively alleges the New York Times journalist responds “Yes that’s exactly right and she told me like let Wait what what let me read this again she told me the New York Times alleged until just recently that their reporting was based exclusively on fake lielies California civil rights department complaint and additional texts and emails that they got from the Van Xan CEO’s sham lawsuit remember where she subpoenaed Jen Abel’s communications and filed that anonymously not giving Baldoni Abel and all of the Wayfairer parties notice or the ability to be involved in that process but now literally a couple of days after the New York Times dropped this Megan the reporter there is saying that Blake Lively spoke to her she told me what so what exactly did she tell you Megan according to the New York Times reporter Latigious Lively said “This was actually not the worst that I have experienced in Hollywood i’ve actually experienced far worse misconduct.” Whoa and interesting that you’ve experienced worse but this is the first time you’re suing for sexual harassment hm the New York Times journalist says according to Blake she told the reporter “I’ve actually experienced far worse misconduct you know I spoke up because I wanted to address it and I thought I had and I never had any intentions of discussing this or going public with my accusations so why did she and so to watch what happened next and to experience what she now is alleging was this complete campaign of retaliation felt in many ways much more sinister than the underlying misconduct oh oh translation any alleged sexual harassment was bad but the alleged retaliation campaign was way worse and that is why she went public and isn’t it ironic that the reason according to her ball ache lively went public was because of the smear campaign hoping to do some image rehab and unfortunately seems like she got the opposite of what she wanted the reputational damage has been severe and many to most would argue warranted but this here game changer game changer we now know that Lady Rugpool cooperated and spoke to the New York Times and now we know the real reason she filed her lawsuit it was not because of alleged sexual harassment h she’s experienced worse mind blown all right my fram thoughts let’s discuss everything in the comments section also this interview with NPR was for the radio meaning Megan from the New York Times can’t claim that she was misqued because we literally have an audio recording of what she said let’s listen to it just in Blake said she didn't plan to go public. That's a HUGE LIE. I specifically remember exactly when the movie came out last August (2024) reading about Blake's accusations of "sexual harrassment and fat shaming" against Baldoni. I read it in many publications and online. It was EVERYWHERE! Baldoni said NOTHING in retaliation and certainly didn't smear her.
She's such a narcissist that she believes her own lies.
Everyday the evidence gets more and more damning and yet everyday Justins side gets more and more injustice from this judge. Revolting.
Short n Sweet: l. Blake Lively is used to getting her own way. 2. She wanted something on that movie set "It Ends With Us" – whether it was control, or she wanted Justin to be attracted to her. 3. She didn't get her way – and has thrown the biggest tantrum, and is determined to bring everyone down that stands in her way. 4. She truly thought she could get away with it. 5. She got found out – it back fired, and she can't handle it. She has to up the anti. 6. She's now playing the role of victim, at the expense of Justin and his company and family – as well as the real DA survivors. 7. She's in denial – she still thinks she will win and will come out on top – she can't accept that she herself created all of this drama. 8. What's next – will she actually meet with Brian Friedman to be deposed, will she actually appear in court, or will she self sabotage at some point along the way creating even more drama so she doesn't have to face what she has done. Time will tell.
Was not the worst… so there actually was. What if it took her all this time to muster the courage to do something about it ?

I just wrote this: If the judge did not take issue with the FALSE allegation of "Sexual Assault", as claimed by the NYT/BL, then he is clearly corrupt on that ruling alone. Until a week ago, THE ENTIRE INTERNATIONAL AUDIENCE/NYT leadership, believed that JB HAD SEXUALLY ASSAULTED BL. FOR OVER A YEAR… & NOW A FEW DAYS AGO, THE NYT " journalist", TOOK THE FALL FOR BL BY SAYING HE HAD WRITTEN "SEXUAL ASSAULT" BY MISTAKE, WHICH BL, NOR THE JOURNALIST, NOR THE LEGAL TEAM, HAD NOTICED UNTIL NOW… POOR Misunderstood BL, HAD Actually SAID "SEXUAL ABUSE", instead of ASSAULT": "SEXUAL ASSAULT"- WOW, that's no big deal, I can understand why no one noticed.
SO, DID judge Limen get with NYT & strategize and get them to reduce the claim to SAbuse, from ASSUALT, so he wouldn't look as corrupt by dismissing the JB suit against the NYT?
How many phone calls went between them? Why wasn't that mentioned in the Honorable Judge Limen's decision, certainly "SEXUAL ASSAULT" being in print, standing FOR OVER A YEAR..is meaningless in a definition of character suit…, uh, no, actually that's a HUGE deal.
So, a LIE, perpetuated by BL, who got the NYTimes "journalist" (non-licensed, non- professional: meaning they have no obligation to tell the truth, ie. they are the mouth piece of their employer, only), to take the fall for her having claimed "ASSAULT", rather than "abuse", a YEAR LATER- IS NOT EVEN WORTH MENTIONING…yea, sure.
This is how the Southern District of NY operates eg. think "com-e".
This LIE, is enough to hold NYT liable and any other interpretation is fraud.
This is one example of 4 other occasions of FRAUD committed by the Judge, in his denial of JB lawsuit. The other 3 were just as egregious.
It's not my job to point them all out I'm sure other ppl, with legal credentials, will…l hope.
Regardless, this man is a corrupt, and everyone knows he is, and our respect for the judicial system has just had its last death noelle.

The order dismissing his case(s) should be immediately vacated. She didn't file that CRD Complaint for a viable SH lawsuit and she filed it with maIicious intent.

Thank you for this episode, Perez! This was such a great find! My heart truly breaks for Justin. I do believe in karma and truth coming to light. So many of us support Justin and see through the bs of whatshername. But, the fact that these lies will forever be associated with him, all because a woman/child thinks she is so perfect and adored, and in no way could her own actions affect the way we common folk view her… absolutely horrendous! So she was scared to stand up to the other bigger players in Hollywood who had actually sxually hrrsed her, in case of being cancelled, so she went against a smaller fish in Hollywood coz she was butt hurt about him being the director and her wanting all the control and credit for the movie, and going against a smaller guy in the industry she was thinking she wouldn’t lose out on jobs etc. and would be hailed a hero and the small guy would lose and disappear (a little collateral damage in her eyes on order to get what she wanted), but when people started coming out speaking negatively against her she couldn’t handle it and decided to go public and attack him so she could reclaim her star reputation which didn’t really exist to begin with.
