    i’m not a conspiracy theorist and correct me if i’m wrong but something is not adding up here hello my friend it is perez the queen of all media the original influencer and your number one source for everything it ends with us saga as i’ve mentioned yesterday was the deadline for justin baldoni to file a second amended complaint that deadline came and went today baldon’s attorney brian freriedman who is also my lawyer and has not given me any information or influenced me in whatsoever his lawyer confirmed that they are not filing a second amended complaint that means every single one of justin baldon’s claims are over for now baldon’s attorney said quote “instead of revising the existing claims our clients will be pursuing additional legal options that are available to us.” this most likely means an appeal if baldoni and the wayfairer parties file an appeal that lets them present new information and especially relevant to revisit some of the initial claims that the judge dismissed with prejudice dismissing so many of baldon’s claims with prejudice is unusual maybe belon and parties discovered malice new information that helps their claims a lot all of that could be brought forth in appeal but here is what is very sus as many of you know well the ones that have been following closely there was a procedural hearing today and in today’s hearing we learned that blake liar liarly was not deposed yesterday her deposition was scheduled for monday and it didn’t happen and i’m not a lawyer but i’m also not an idiot there is no way the deposition would have come and gone without baldoni and the wayfairer parties agreeing to not depose her yesterday we found out in today’s hearing her deposition didn’t happen yesterday but it is as of now still expected to happen why the baldon wayfairer parties agreed to let her reschedu we don’t know but her deposition is now expected to happen in july an exact date is unknown at the moment discovery is set to wrap up by early july and all depositions now must be completed by august 14th so why what possible reason or reasons could the baldon wayfairer parties have had to agree not to depose her yesterday i’m starting to really think they’re working on a settlement maybe not an appeal i don’t know that’s just speculation but here we are and i want to hear your speculation let’s discuss in the comments section ps for those of you who are paying extra close attention to everything in today’s hearing the motion to compel the tag employees jen abel’s company was granted they had been fighting that and now they’ve got to hand over everything that blondie asked for in her subpoena all right see you in the comments

      I love Bryan Friedman's chess game, he didn't depose I suspect he says of all the new evidence he has and wants more time to get her on the record. I love this he just checkmate BL and RR bc he now is doing unpredictable things and I think they should be scared, but Im sure they think they are winning. Justin isn't settling I believe he's gearing up for this battle to win the war!

      I'm starting to think they are working on a settlement as well. I really hate that Justin did not get his Justice I hope he finds peace with his family. I also hope he is still able to have a career as well. I still believe snake lively did all those things she was accused of.

      Maybe medical reason? She's trying to establish the garden variety that she suffered immense emotional trauma by not posting on her IG stories 😅. I really don't like Blake. I've watched some of her movies before but after she is caught lying and the sham lawsuit and the basement treatment she did against Justin, she's like a bad witch.

      “To pursue additional LEGAL options that are available” does not sound like a “settlement” to me, rather a different type of complaint filing. I just hope JB will continue to sue BL/RR in however allowed type of case for the Malice and defamation they did to him. He deserves it! Clearly, there is more evidence that came out to back it up👍!

      Hey there Perez, can I just tell you that you crack me up and I love listening to you cover this case.
      I sorted to a settlement too and then you mentioned it.
      Actually, with the interview you found.
      Then, all these text messages between Leslie Sloan and the journalist (I think she is intimidating). Oh! And let’s not forget the text messages they asked for between Blake and Taylor. Then, the interview with Ari Emanuel that was recorded by an audience member(sp?).
      It makes Blake’s side look guilty of so much and I feel Blake will want to end all this negative publicity.
      But, she will have to publicly say that she was wrong about accusing Baldoni of SH.

      i think we're asking the wrong question Perez. I THINK THE QUESTIONS should be "did balake request a different depositon day, who requested one? why request a different day if you are championing your innocence and that of all women?" something stinks in here and it's not the fish in the words of the Great Jennifer Collige. If Baldoni and team chickened out she and her entire team would have printed something out….are they all colluding? but her team will never agree if they weren't 100percent sure they would lose. baldoni is going to agree to their demands after all this? are we a joke to them!
