prosecutors are streamlining their case against Shaun Diddy Combmes as the rap mogul’s federal trial completes its seventh week in session the prosecution submits a letter to the court amending parts of their theories of attempted arson and kidnapping stating in the letter obtained by E news June 25th “The government is no longer planning to proceed on these theories of liability so instructions are no longer necessary.” In addition to dropping parts of their argument of the first charge one count of racketeering conspiracy the letter then seeks to clarify Combmes’s two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution when discussing the charges in closing statements this week the letter notes that it is quote imperative the jury understands that earlier consent is not determinative of whether a victim was sex traffked adding that the same is true of forced labor which is part of Combmes’s sex trafficking counts additionally the letter requests that quote “The court instruct the jury that sex trafficking/ labor and payment to the victim for that conduct are not mutually exclusive.” Combmes currently faces charges of sex trafficking racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution in his federal trial all of which he has pleaded not guilty [Music]

Diddy is a trash person, however most of what I’ve heard in this case the women were willing participants.
