jurassic World Re: Rebirth is roaring into theaters next week and we headed to the Big Apple to speak with the stars of the film this island was the research facility for the original Jurassic Park we need DNA from the three biggest dinosaurs these dinosaurs were too dangerous for the original park please don’t say they’re raptors they’re raptors we put ourselves in a place we don’t belong survival is a long shot
my family was at the New York screening and my brother I have a twin brother Hunter and he was the loudest audience member he’s loves Jurassic so much and that was just really fun because we saw the movie together when we were nine or 10 in the theater um yeah and here we are like this full circle it’s kind of crazy
to be able to put this film together and to see people follow the story and be into it and laugh and cry and scream is pretty remarkable
if we get this DNA millions of lives are saved
jonathan I feel like so many people always joke about your roles and how you have chemistry with literally everyone so I want to talk to Scarlet Mhersa what do you think it is about Jonathan that is just so captivating chemistry i would say Johnny says yes i think energetically he says yes and that’s a big deal in acting like when you’re asked to do something or there’s an opportunity to do something and you say yes you go for it
he’s just incredibly charismatic and twinkly and like has a sparkle in his eye and it’s type of devivve people love this franchise so many iconic actors are in it did anyone reach out give you advice offer any pep talk words of encouragement
i got a lot of great messages from previous cast members who I’m friends with and were great like Bryce Dallas Howard was like enjoy every moment of it like welcome to the family the fans are amazing laura Durn is like so pumped too and Jeff obviously
yeah right yeah
yeah got all the tidbits from Jeff but he Yeah he just said the same things like go and have fun i mean it’s that’s what this is all about isn’t it for everyone to go and see the film but to be a part of it as well it’s just pure joy
um and you get to see extraordinary film making in the process but yeah I hope we did them all proud you can catch Jurassic World Rebirth in theaters on July 2nd [Music]
