They both look happy and healthy. Lauren Sanchez is a naturally beautiful, strong independent, intelligent woman. It's her choice to use fillers but she really never needed them. I think she is glowing and happy in her dress. Katie's comments are mean spirited and unnecessary. I am tired of women tearing other women down out of spite and jealousy.
