The legal saga surrounding Sha Diddy Conn stopped short of wrapping up July 1st with the jury revealing they agree on four of the five charges, but now at a standstill over the Bad Boy Records founders racketeering count. And no word for now on where the 12person team stands with their shared verdicts, covering multiple counts for alleged sex trafficking. Combmes plead not guilty to the litany of charges he’s faced following his arrest in September 2024. And now, per NBC’s reporters inside the courtroom, the jury revealed after 2 days of deliberation, their deadlock judgments due to quote unpersuadable views. In response, both the prosecution and defense teams asked for continued talks with the judge clarifying their duties moving forward. Per NBC News, the judge told jurors, quote, “You should not hesitate to change an opinion when convinced, weigh your opinion dispassionately and follow my instructions on the law, reiterating, your verdict must be unanimous. Each of you must make your own decision based on consideration of the evidence and discussion with fellow jurors. The jury is set to reconvene on July 2nd. [Music]
