Blake Lively Is About To Upset A Lot Of Celebrities! She:

Ah, I am so riveted by all of this because there are so many ripples. So many powerful and famous people are tied into this mess. Let me share with you the latest. Hello my fam. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer and your number one source for everything. It ends with us saga. I could also now refer to myself as Blake Lively subpoena victim dot dot dot TBD. I have yet to be served a subpoena. Most discovery was due today and I think depositions are supposed to be completed by the end of this month or the end of August at the latest. We’ll see. But if I do have to be deposed, I will wear my florals. And I would not mind if it was broadcast at Madison Square Garden, but that’s just me. A lot of people want nothing to do with this mess, including some very famous folks. As you might know, if you’ve been following, the Gossip Ghoul alum is also suing Jed Wallace. Not him. I created this image, but let’s imagine that’s what he looks like. Okay. He is the digital expert, the social media sleuth and uh provocator, the samurai, whatever you want to call him. Jed Wallace was hired by team Baldon last summer in a proactive measure to help them. But according to him and team Baldon, Jed Wallace did not engage in any smearing. Wallace claims all that he and his company did was monitor online chatter. They didn’t need to do anything else because all of the negative reaction that this one was getting was organic and it wasn’t anything new. Remember back in 2023 when the initial casting of Blackface Blake was announced, there was so much negative chatter. People were not pleased. Then when fans of the book that the film it ends with us is based on saw pictures of her in character and the fashion from paparazzi photos. Once again, folks online were not happy. And then in 2024, that online negativity that had already begun a year prior just continued towards her. I think it was organic. It was with me. I didn’t like her before all of this. I didn’t even think she was a good actress. Remember I shared with you all not that long ago a post I made from literally 11 years ago, June of 2014. On my private F to the B page, I wrote Blake Lively is really overrated. June 4th, 2014. I stand by that. Well, they don’t call her subpoena Serena for nothing. And by they, I mean me. She is trying to get a lot of information from Jed Wallace. Remember, not the real him. And just moments ago, Jed Wallace’s lawyers filed a letter with the court complaining. But let me tell you the tea. Here’s why. Dear Judge Lyman, we represent defendants Jed Wallace and Street Relations, the name of his company. They are respectfully submitting this letter motion for a protective order regarding plaintiff Blake Lively’s notice of deposition of street relations and subpoena pursuant to federal rules of civil procedure, which lists 20 topics. The parties have moved the deposition to July 9th by agreement. So why does Jed Wallace want a protective order? The parties are at an impass on part of Lively’s topics 2 1013 which require Street to identify the names of its entire client base from 2023 to now. Pause. Jed Wallace is concurrently also seeking a motion to be dismissed from her lawsuit. I’ve covered this before. Lack of jurisdiction, concurrent lawsuit in the state of Texas, which he filed first, right? And there’s a law, you know, what’s and I freaking forget the name of the law, but you know, whoever files first, that’s the venue. I could be summing that up incorrectly. Remember, I’m not a lawyer. I’m just a pretend one. Anyways, the footnote reads, “That was my interpretation. This is what the footnote says. Street seeks this relief, the protective order, subject to its personal jurisdiction objections recognizing this court’s directive that it will participate in discovery while its motion to dismiss is pending.” Get on that, Judge Lyman. We need a ruling. Anyways, she is seeking the names of his entire client base from 2023 to now. Street seeks protection from being required to identify those names. Why? Sharing these identities would be harmful and an undue burden because these are clients from famous individuals and companies to private citizens who have relied on street to perform crisis management services. These services are highly sensitive and confidential. They range from coordinating substance abuse, addiction, and mental health treatment to other specialized crisis response coordination. Is he talking about Johnny Depp? Street’s clients rely on being able to seek help privately and without fear of disclosure. This is why street agrees to confidentiality with each one. Additionally, and perhaps even more relevant, I think, who street has served is not relevant to any claim in Lively’s complaint. Additionally, Street has already testified that it did not engage in the type of conduct alleged here in our conferences about how this discovery could be relevant. Lively described it as part of her hope to find the existence of any pattern in the profile of customers, services, and online discourse surrounding such customers that can be directly connected to street relations. In other words, Lively is fishing for indications that streets representation of other clients looks like what she thinks happened here, but did not. That absence of probative value weighed against heavy privacy concerns warrants this court’s intervention. And given Lively’s explanation, an attorney’s eyesonly designation is not sufficient because any disclosure would violate the trust that streets clients have placed in it and would not shield those clients from future rounds of the type of far-reaching and public discovery employed by Lively to date. Additionally, Street has agreed to testify about the services it provides its clients. It just wants to keep who those clients are private. I think that’s very fair. Additionally, Lively is only entitled to discovery relevant to any party’s claim of defense. Who his clients are are not relevant. And I agree. So, they’ve taken it to the judge and now we wait for his ruling. Additionally, congratulations to Dickpool. Ryan Reynolds was up in Canada today. I won’t hold it against Canada. I love Canada. It is Canada Day. Happy Canada Day. He was among the Canadians today who received a very high honor, the highest civilian honor in Canada. He was invested into the Order of Canada today in Ottawa. Aw, congrats. Meanwhile, his wife was busy today. She dropped a new Betty Buzz commercial for her booze company. You know, she’s selling liquor to people even though she doesn’t drink. And she was extra extra busy planting allegedly stories about me being subpoenaed even though I have not been subpoenaed yet. I can’t wait though. Can whoever subpoenas me come with the paparazzi so that like I can, you know, get even more press out of it. All right, my frame. That is all for now.
