Blake Lively Confesses To The Judge That She’s Conspiring With Justin Baldoni’s Former Publicist!

Make this make sense. It’s not going to be easy. Hello my friend. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer and victim of subpoena Serena. Although I haven’t been served yet. Just reminding you. I will let you know if and when that happens. And they better hurry cuz the clock is ticking. Butter Dean Lively over here is trying to delay things and she’s made a very surprising and I would say shocking move. For the first time that I can remember, Betty Bubbles and Backpedals is working in collaboration with Justin Belon’s former publicist Stephanie Jones. The same Stephanie Jones who’s involved in separate litigation with Baldoni and Jennifer Ael, his current publicist. The same Stephanie Jones who is the big boss of Jones Works, it’s named after her, who in a court document this week, the Gossip Ghoul alum said Jones Works was a conspirator alongside Baldoni in the smear campaign and retaliation against her last year. If that’s true, A, why did the Garden Variety actress not also file a lawsuit against Jones Works? And B, why is Blackface Blake now actively officially working together with Stephanie Jones? Lawyers for Ball, Ache, Lively, and Jones just submitted a joint letter to Judge Lyman. delay, please. They’re not even letting this man rest for the 4th of July. Diva Pool and Stephanie Jones tell the judge today, quote, “Pursuant to federal rule of civil procedure rule, blah blah blah blah blah, Miss Lively and the Jones parties, Stephanie Jones and Jones Works move to amend the case management plan and scheduling order to extend the close of fact discovery by six weeks to run concurrently ly with expert discovery and to set interim deadlines to facilitate completion of fact discovery six weeks. That’s quite the delay. Why? Belonian wayfairer of course but they tell the judge modifying the case plan is necessary to allow for remaining fact discovery i.e. completion of document production in advance of 40 plus depositions on an achievable schedule that will not delay and instead should protect case deadlines including the March 2026 trial date. In a footnote, they tell the judge all parties except for the wayfairer parties have consented to at least a month extension of fact discovery. And this is the first request for an extension of time. The plantation princess and her new conspirator Stephanie Jones included a proposed new schedule which would see depositions completed by September 30th. And it says here, all discovery shall be completed no later than October the 15th. Three things. One, Wayf Farer has not agreed to this proposed schedule yet. Two, the judge has not ruled on it. And three, even by October 15th, is that enough time to make me surrender to you. I know you’re trying. Some subpoenas in this case were served back in February and the materials were not handed over until this week. October the 15th is a lot sooner from now than February is from now. You follow? I’m in a mood. In their joint letter to the judge, they complain saying, “On June 27th, Jed Wallace and Stephanie Jones agreed to an extension, but Wayfairer did not.” On June 27th, the parties except for council for the Jones parties convened telephonically to discuss deposition scheduling, wherein council for the Wayfairer parties claimed to have limited dates of availability for their clients depositions without clearly explaining why their clients would be supposedly unavailable. On June 30th, the Wayfairer parties confirmed in writing they could only offer one or two specific dates for each of their individual clients before August 14th. On June 30th, the Wayfairer parties began to produce the film footage, which Miss Lively had been requesting be produced for weeks. On the evening of July 1st, the Lively Jones and Wayfairer parties made productions in connection with the case plans deadline for substantial completion. The Wayfairer parties productions produced just before midnight appear deficient. For example, in the Lively versus Wayfarer studio case, Miss Ael only produced 229 documents, and Miss Nathan and Tag each produced the exact same 81 documents. Further, Mr. Sorowitz appears to have produced only three pages of documents in total. On July 2nd, the Wayfairer parties confirmed substantial completion and that not all film footage had been delivered. In addition, council for the Wayfairer parties neglected to send relevant productions to the Jones parties in a timely fashion, including the affformentioned film footage. Why the hell would the Wayfairer parties send Stephanie Jones the film footage? How is that relevant to her whatsoever? The what? On July the 3, in light of the volume of the party discovery, potential deficiencies in satisfaction of the substantial completion deadline, and the fact that not all parties had received productions by the deadline, Miss Lively proposed further modifications to the case plan. We already went over her proposed new dates. They tell the judge good cause exists for this delay. Despite the party’s progress in fact discovery, the case plan as initially ordered on February 3rd, 2025 is no longer workable. With respect to document production, Miss Lively and the Jones parties have serious questions as to which of the Wayfairer parties have satisfied their production obligations, as several have produced apparently far less than substantial completion requires. They site Miss Nathan only producing less than 300 pages, whereas Miss Lively has produced 4,99 documents and over 21,000 pages as a single individual. The depositions too are a crucial element of the party’s discovery schedule that will be given short shrift if not allotted proper time to take place after resolution and review of document productions and disputes. Delaying discovery would also permit discovery to unfold in an orderly fashion and avoiding a situation in which the parties are required to take depositions without full review of produced documents or to retake depositions to account for critical evidence produced after the fact. as the primary parties who are bringing affirmative claims in the actions. Miss Lively and the Jones parties will be prejudiced by attempting to take depositions to establish claims without complete documentary evidence. Conversely, the fact that the proposal will not shift dates after completion of fact discovery further ensures the cases are justly and swiftly resolved. I don’t care. Delay them.
