    Lizo gets honest about her weight loss. The singer reveals the three meals she ate to reach her weight loss goals. In an interview with Women’s Health published July 1st, she admitted her diet now consists of protein and vegetables, telling the outlet that her breakfast of choice consists of two scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, and a cauliflower hash brown. For lunch, she goes for a shredded Thai chicken salad or lettuce wraps with tuna or sliced chicken breasts. and dinner consists of turkey meatloaf with cauliflower mashed potatoes and green beans which she consumes before 5:00 pm. The time she says is optimal for her health, explaining, “I have gird, gastroosophageal reflux disease, so my body needs time to digest food before I go to sleep, so acid doesn’t roll up my throat.” Although she is consistent with her routine, she listens to her body and will eat food outside of her rotation if she wants.” She continued, “There’s a balance. I think that’s what true health is.” Though in true Lizo fashion, she’s staying true to herself. She said, “I’m still wearing plus-siz clothing. I have the same roles. I got the same belly, the same thighs. I think I’m just a smaller version. Before adding, body positivity has nothing to do with staying the same. Body positivity is the radical act of daring to exist loudly and proudly in a society that told you you shouldn’t exist. [Music]
