    Johnny Depp shares how his mom’s alleged abuse influenced his approach to fatherhood. The actor opens up in a July 5th interview with the Telegraph, saying of his mother, Betty Sue Palmer, “She beat me with a stick, a shoe, an ashtray, a phone. It didn’t matter, man.” Johnny also shared the abuse allegations in the past, notably while testifying during his 2022 defamation trial against his ex, Amber Heard. In the interview, he notes how the experience with his mom helped shape his own mindset when it came to his children, daughter Lily Rose and son Jack, whom he shares with ex Vanessa Parad. He tells the Telegraph of his mother’s alleged abuse, “I thank her for that. She taught me how not to raise kids, just do the exact opposite of what she did.” Johnny has previously shared insight into his life as a dad, including aspects of the role he loved the most, raising his kids out of the spotlight in France. He told the Sunday Times in an interview published June 21st. Truly, the first time I felt I had a home was the place in the south of France where Vanessa and I raised the kitties.       I like JD and what he doesn't do with Hollywood but leaving his wife for Amber Turd was his biggest mistake. I get it, he felll under her spell. He had a wife who seem to adore him and he threw that away for a money grabbing nutcase.

      Ok so… umm the stick thing…uh oh. And um the abuse. My biological mother was verbally abusive over the phone… only lived her for the first 5 years of my life. Thank you God. And Nanny my actuall Parental Guardian. She is who inspired me to admire celebrities and movies. And because of that. I'M STRONG. I believe in the power of truth. Thabk you for being so truthful.
