Nara Smith Shares Glimpse at Unique Cravings—And Yes Made From Scratch

I hate the taste of water and it gets so much worse during pregnancy. I know not drinking is not an option and my kids were waiting by the pool so I made myself a quick drink. I start by cutting up some watermelon. It doesn’t have to be perfect. I just take the rind off and give it a rough chop. I then put all my watermelon pieces into my blender alongside some mint and make sure that is blended really well before straining it through a nutmilk bag and getting out all the pulp. I set that juice aside while I get started on my pineapple cucumber juice. I do the same thing. I take off the rind, chop it into small pieces. Do the same with my cucumber. Like leaving the skin on these before adding them to a blender. I make sure that’s blended all the way and then strain it as well. I need to have pebble ice. There’s no other Isel except I add that to a big mason jar with my watermelon mint juice, my pineapple cucumber, and top it with some water, salt, and lime. And this is absolutely divine.

    1. Is she ok? I don’t understand what is appealing about this content. It’s just… a bit much and not relatable. She doesn’t just pour milk—she whispers affirmations to the oat while hand-straining it through ethically sourced clouds. ⛅️ 😂
