Jenna Johnson is speaking out after an online troll criticized her son. On July 5th, the dancing pro took to her Instagram story to detail a comment she received from a user after she shared a photo of her 2-year-old son, Rome, drinking from a bottle. Jennifer shared a screenshot of the comment reading, “Way too old for this fat to have a bottle.” The choreographer then writes over the screen grab, “Yesterday, I posted a pic of me and my son who I hadn’t seen in 4 days, and lots of people felt strongly about him drinking from a bottle. Totally fine when other moms give positive advice, and I’m always open to feedback to an extent. But this woman, whose profile pick is of her holding her own baby, decided to DM me this.” She continues, “What world are we living in? I understand that I put my life out there publicly, which I honestly want to stop doing when extremely rude and harmful messages toward my baby are sent to me.” Jenna then shared a follow-up post thanking her fans for their encouraging messages, reading, “I honestly cried reading all of your messages. My heart really hurt yesterday at how vile and mean some people can be, but once again, I was shown just how much this little community of mine on here can also show up. You gave me the love, support, and kindness that I believe in. [Music]

Jenna ! I wish I would have Not listened to my sister in law, and I should have listened to my gut, and let my precious Son drink bottle at 2. But I let this loser lady Angie [brother's wife] Bully me into having him give up the bottle 😮😮😮😮 omg I felt bad at his bday party! All he wanted was his bottle that we did not bring. There is nothing wrong with a child drinking a bottle at 2 years old.Rome may need that bottle for comfort.Children go through things like this just like a pacifier.There is no need to be mean about this to a child.Jenna did the right thing defending her son .Children have feelings just like us.Jenna and Valentin are wonderful parents!
