Blake Lively Tells The Judge Today That I’m “Taunting” Her! My Response! She Watches! | Perez Hilton

I love this. Hello my frame. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer, and your number one source for everything. It ends with us saga. I still have not been served a subpoena by subpoena Serena, and she’s not happy about that. Lawyers for the Confederate cosplayer complained to the judge today about me. Team Bully Lively was responding with objections to Judge Lyman’s preliminary schedule for the updated case management plan. Remember we covered this earlier in the week. The Baldoni Wayfairer parties also responded saying that quote we state that the Wayfairer parties have no objection to the contemplated order. To remind you what the judge said earlier this week was he proposed quote all document production by parties and nonparties shall be completed by July 25th. Third party subpoenas shall require production no later than July 25th. So the clock was ticking for her to a serve me the subpoena that she intends to and b get the required documents that she wants from me. So, just a little bit ago, Betty Poop’s attorney says to Judge Lyman, quote, “Miss Lively generally has no objection to the contemplated order outlined by the court, but she wishes to clarify the court’s July 25th date referenced in the potential forthcoming order that all document production by parties and nonparties shall be completed by July. July 25th. Third-party subpoenas shall require production no later than July 25th. As described below, Miss Lively is amendable to the schedule outlined by the court, including the July 25th deadline, except proposes that the court make clear that the July 25th deadline is without prejudice to the issuance of additional written party discovery until August 29th and additional thirdparty document subpoenas until the close of fact discovery on September 30th. She wants an extra two whole months in addition to what the judge is proposing to get information from thirdparty folks that are not directly a part of this mess like me. They go on to tell the judge, “Miss Lively respectfully submits that the court’s July 25th deadline for thirdparty productions should apply to all noticed subpoenas in order to facilitate those productions without prejudice to additional thirdparty document discovery through the close of fact discovery on September 30th. for which production is required 14 days after service. There’s a big footnote here where I come up. They tell the judge, “Miss Lively has drawn the distinction between noticed subpoenas and served subpoenas as she intends to immediately file motions for alternative service at least to Cynthia Barnes Slater, Dera Mcnes, and Perez Hilton. Hi. Hi. They continue telling the judge, “Council for the wayfairer parties do not represent these individuals and therefore have no authority to accept service on their behalfs. They include an exhibit the declaration of Christristen Bender and they complain again complaining is their thing to the judge telling him quote the Wayfairer party’s council made similar representations that they did not represent third party Matthew Mitchell going so far as to even require this court to rule on a motion for alternative service as to that third party. Remember that? We talked about it. Yet, after the court issued its order approving alternative service, council revealed that they do represent Mr. Mitchell. It appears that Mr. Freriedman, Justin Baldon’s lawyer, currently represents at least Mr. Hilton. yet he has not responded to requests for service to be accepted on his behalf. Then they include links to my videos. You can watch those on my why to the tube. Specifically, they cite the judge the video where I made Blake Lively subpoenaed me my response. And at the time I did say the following quote. I have not been served with anything yet and I also have not communicated with my lawyer Brian Freriedman about this. Oh my god. They then included a video I posted yesterday saying Hilton taunting that he has not been served and will not be accounted for under this court’s proposed schedule for July 25th. That is correct. I was taunting. I love that you’re watching. Hey Mike. Hi Ezra. Hey Blakey. Mwah. I’m taunting some more. They continue telling the judge if the court wishes the July 25th deadline for third-party production to apply only for served, not merely noticed subpoenas. Miss Lively respectfully seeks that the court additionally require a deadline for production of 14 days for any subpoenas that have been noticed but not yet served. Well, what they have done here is they’ve given the judge selective information because as I’ve said in multiple videos, yes, Justin Baldon’s attorney is the same as mine, Brian Freriedman. However, I also said in recent multiple videos that Brian Freriedman is not representing me in this situation. I literally said, “So, don’t bother contacting him.” Those videos are still up. But you’re not going to tell the judge that, right, Liar Lee? So, I will be paying extra close attention to the judge’s ruling, and I will comply with the law. Spoiler alert, here’s my strategy. Um, my information, my sources are protected under the law, reporter privilege and first amendment. I am doubly good against your wicked ways. You will not intimidate me. You will not silence me. And this latest letter to the judge, their proposal, keeps the door open to her serving even more subpoenas against content creators. I’m not exaggerating or misinterpreting it. She said so herself. The lawyer for the Sisterhood of the Traveling Plantation alum says, quote, “Given the deficiencies in the Wayfairer party’s document productions to date, Miss Lively anticipates that depositions will yield further information critical to her claims, such as regarding vendors, digital teams, or content creators deployed by the Wayfairer parties in connection with the retaliatory campaign, which in turn will warrant the issuance of thirdparty document subpoenas after July 25th. This woman has had the entirety of 2025 to get all her ducks lined up. The fact that she and her mid legal team have waited all the way until now. Too bad, baby. No. The judge should clearly not grant this request, but you know how Judge Lyman is. I won’t hold my breath that he’ll do the right thing. And I will keep you updated how he rules.
