    This gets crazier and crazier. Hello my friend. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer and your number one source for everything. It ends with us saga. As I’ve been sharing with you, Google has been subpoenaed by the cold stone cold sore queen. Google, many of you know, owns YouTube. A lot of smaller creators, micro influencers have been covering the Garden Variety actress’s legal mess with Justin Baldon for a while now, and she’s going after them in a roundabout way. Instead of serving subpoenas on these creators directly, Blake ruined your livelihood. Just subpoenaed Google. Google told these creators that they may share information related to their account with her unless they provide Google with a motion to quash the subpoena submitted to the court. And the things that plague Lively is asking for are whacka doodle. According to Katie Joy Pollson, one of the 16 alleged micro influencers who claim to have been notified by Google of this subpoena. She is asking for the following. The creator’s legal name first and last. Their physical address. Why does she need that? How is that relevant? their phone number, registered email address, backup recovery email address or phone number, subscriber registration information, length of service including start date and any premium services utilized, means and source of payment for each service if applicable, including any credit card or bank account number or public blockchain. name data and addresses according to Katie Joy Paulen. What? How? That’s just not legal. That can’t be No. YouTube can’t hand over her these people’s credit card information. No. And that’s not all. She’s also seeking the IP addresses they used for initial registration. IP addresses used from May 1st, 2024 to the present with dates and session times and IP addresses for all video uploads. I really hope that YouTube fights this. I really, really hope they fight it. really really hope Meta and Pinterest have been fighting a similar request from Stephanie Jones as I’ve covered and this is a pathetic shameful attempt I think at intimidating and silencing smaller creators. Nobody likes you guys because you are in the wrong.       This drama is BL's 'raison d'etre'. She's committed to this farce, she won't stop herself. There was no 'SH', and she knows it – the judge needs to shut down this nonsense – it's criminal what she is doing. Why doesn't she use her money to support the real victims of domestic violence and abuse. She needs to be held in contempt of court and severely fined, sanctioned – she needs the book thrown at her, as they say.

      In my opinion, I think she wants to check in JB's financials if any of the credit card/bank account numbers show up to see if any of the creators were paid off. And she wants to probably check their phone numbers and addresses for any communication through phone records of JB.

      She can't subpoena records of these creators but their details can be cross-checked with the records available from JB. They are going to drill into the info they have been given for signs of a smear campaign like some official investigation. The SH claims seem to be a lesser priority to the BL team.
