I pulled up the declaration so that we can go over it again. James Vushka told the court about the bombshell text messages. quote, “In those text messages, my use of the phrase sexually assaulted was a mistake. I meant to say sexually harassed. I regret this error.” Further, this phrase was in reference to the allegations in the complaint that Blake Lively filed with the civil rights department in California. This phrase was not in reference to any conversation that I had with Leslie Sloan. Miss Sloan never told me that Miss Lively was sexually harassed or sexually assaulted by Justin Baldon or anyone else. Well, as I told you at the beginning of this video, Jamie James had a change of heart. And as previously mentioned, James Vituska is no longer employed by the Daily Mail. And as also previously mentioned, James Vituska felt pressured by his employer to make this declaration that he is now going to attempt to recant, to withdraw, to take back. So minutes ago, James Vituska filed a proposed order admitting Jonathan Lee Borsuk to represent him. That’s right. James is back in the mix and making moves. Blake and Ryan should think about their children getting bully in the future due to their current actions against Justin and the content creators. I see it happening and poor children don't deserve it. That's one thing I don't think they thought about before they file the lawsuit.

I also don’t know if BL realises how much harm she’s done to herself.
