Face-Off In Court! THIS MONTH! Justin Baldoni And Blake Lively Lawyers To Duke It Out In Person!

Things are crazy. Hello my friend. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer, and your number one source for everything. It ends with us, Saga. First, some bad news. As I told you earlier this week, Justin Baldon’s insurer on the film It Ends With Us, has filed a lawsuit against him and his partners. Harko, the insurance company, claims that Baldonian Wayfairer took out two separate year-long policies to ensure the film. the second policy that was taken out in July of 2024, just a month before the film’s release. The insurance company claims that Belon and Wayfairer had an obligation to inform them of the drama with Lady Antibbellum. Anything that could potentially lead to litigation they needed to be informed of, and they weren’t. So now Harco has filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of New York seeking a declaration that they are not fiscally responsible don’t have to pay his legal bills because in April Belon/Wayfairer asked the insurance company to pay for their legal fees in fighting this mess. Well, the bad news is today, according to the Southern District of New York, this case has been referred to Judge Lyman as possibly related to Belon v. Lively. If Judge Lyman oversees this case as well, he’s screwed. Speaking of Judge Lyman, today this Canadian fan of YouTubers filed a motion to intervene. And it is so crazy and irrelevant, I’m not even going to get into it. Judge Lyman has turned this case into a circus. Meanwhile, over in Texas, Miss Makebelie Magnolia is still duking it out with Jed Wallace, the social media expert that Team Baldon hired last year to help them out, who had no part in a smear campaign he alleges he just monitored social activity. Allegedly, Lying Lively filed a new document today, a notice of order in New York litigation because she is still trying to argue that even though Jed Wallace was dismissed from her lawsuit in New York because of jurisdiction issues, that the court in Texas doesn’t have jurisdiction over her. So, who where is appropriate? Huh? In this letter filed in the Texas complaint, attorneys for the Sham Pooh company owner say defendant Blake Lively files this notice of order in New York litigation to clarify that the Southern District of New York’s dismissal without prejudice of Miss Lively’s claims against plaintiffs Jed Wallace and street relations under rule 12b2 has no bearing on personal jurisdiction. In this case, there’s a footnote that says, “Personal jurisdiction must be determined on a case-bycase basis, focusing on whether the defendant in each case has the requisite contacts with the forum state.” The notice continues. Whether the Southern District of New York has jurisdiction over Miss Lively’s claims against plaintiffs in New York, italicized, is irrelevant to whether this court has jurisdiction over plaintiffs claims against Miss Lively, a nonresident in Texas in a case arising out of the filing of the CRD complaint in California. We’re taking a trip around the US today. Moreover, plaintiffs fail to advise the court that Miss Lively has been given leave to amend her complaint against them by July 30th. once again making it seem that the alleged nose job recipient is going to amend her complaint to try and bring Jed Wallace back in to the federal lawsuit that Judge Lyman is overseeing in New York. Additionally, by contrast, the Southern District of New York’s dismissal with prejudice of defamation claims brought against Miss Lively based on the filing of the CRD complaint, the same complaint that plaintiffs have brought against Miss Lively here, is relevant to the merits of this case. Judge Lyman held that statements in the CRD complaint alleging harassment and retaliation are protected under the litigation privilege and providing the CRD complaint to the media is protected under the fair report privilege. Respectfully submitted her Texas attorney. Well, also today, Jed Wallace had a little something to say in this ongoing Texas litigation. He filed a very classy reply to their response earlier this week to his motion for an order requiring the parties to confer and submit a proposed scheduling order to the court. Jed Wallace’s lawyer says plaintiffs Jed Wallace and Street Relations submit this reply to defendants’s response to plaintiff’s motion regarding the rule 26F conference and the request for an initial status conference. Remember Blondie’s response included her Texas attorney crying about the floods. Understandable. But then I had flashbacks to team Baldon trying to be subpoenaed during the LA wildfires. Remember that? I do. Jed Wallace’s lawyer says plaintiffs note that notwithstanding the party’s differing views on the timing of discovery, both sides agree that an initial status conference with the court would be beneficial. Plaintiffs believe that such a conference is the appropriate forum to address any outstanding issues, including those raised in defendants response. and her recent motion styled as a notice and to establish a constructive path forward for this case. Plaintiffs do not believe it is necessary or productive to engage in further debate regarding the points made in defendants’s response. Instead, plaintiffs are committed to working cooperatively with all parties and with the court to resolve preliminary matters in a professional and respectful manner. Accordingly, plaintiffs respectfully request that the court set an initial status conference at its earliest convenience and that any other issues raised by the parties be addressed at that time or as the court deems appropriate. How classy. Unlike. Meanwhile, over in New York, Taylor Swift’s former bestie got yet another lawyer added to her legal team, Sarah E. Moses. But that’s not the big news on the legal front. Attorneys are going to go at it in person this month. Remember how the Gossip Ghoul alum subpoenaed Justin Belony’s lawyers? That’s right. She filed a subpoena to his lawyers, which is very unorthodox, you know, because of attorney, client privilege, work product. It just super rare to do that. Obviously, Baldon’s lawyers objected to that in California. She then requested that they move this issue over to New York so that Judge Lyman could decide. Well, the judge has just set a hearing in his courtroom in person. And more than a hearing, it’s going to be a showdown. The order from Judge Lyman reads, quote, “The court will hear oral arguments from parties on the pending motion to quash.” Mark your calendars. It is set for July 30th next week at 200 p.m. Parties are directed to appear in person in courtroom 15C at the 500 Pearl Street Courthouse. And I have a feeling that’s open to the public. If any of my mommy sleuths and daddy sleuths want to attend, please go. If I was in New York City, I would be showing up just for shizz and giggles. But hey, fingers crossed that I get asked to be deposed or testify at trial. Wait, if who who would be responsible for flying me out for that? Cuz I’m only flying first class. All right, I think on a laugh is a good way to end this video, my friends, because the joke that this all has turned into. All right, my friend, let’s discuss everything in the comments section. 1. and there is the deposition scheduled july 31?? is judge lemon errrr judge LIEman giving another way out for the dickpool-queen-with-body-double?

    2. I'm proud of her for fighting❤ women should stand up for their rights❤ Team Blake😊 hopefully he'll quit his inappropriate behavior and learn from this❤ we all make mistakes❤😊❤

    3. She and her husband are sick. Ive been following this and I truly believe she is crazy and wanted to bully Baldoni, YT creators, etc…to get what she wants. She will rack up the costs so she can win nkt because she is right but because she has more $. Sick couple. I liked rr…not anymore. Never knew anything about her but now I will never watch a thing she is in. Narcissistic to the max.

    4. There were some comments by an anonymous poster (my guess is Sloane) on an article by the Daily Mail that said all kinds of weird nonsense about Jed Wallace, for example that he has paid for Chinese bots and people to smear Ms Lively worldwide. The article was mainly about Kassidy's letters to the court. In her amended letter when she was forced to include names, the commenter thought it sounded Chinese and somehow came to the conclusion that KASSIDY must be one of these Chinese people 😳😂😂 We always joke about these people being delulu, but they really, REALLY are!

    5. Since this happened to Baldoni only and during the filming and because of it, it looks to me that the Insurance company will have to cough up the money.

    6. He’ll give lovely team the floor and cut Baldonis off at every turn just like last time. I’m starting to hate this judge as much as the gruesome twosome

    7. Elle veut tout ramener à son copain le juge 😂😂😂Wallace elle veut peut-être aussi que juge liman veut il reprendre se dossier pour aider sa copine Blake 😂😂 le juge lui cède tout ses caprices

    8. If Liman does his business as usual on this issue, I believe we'll see Baldoni's legal team file a motion to disqualify/recuse. I think they're at least entertaining this action, and they should. What nonsense this court has allowed Lively's team to get away with or ruled in her favor, like dismissing JB's lawsuit with prejudice before discovery ended (just for starters). You know the rest.

    9. SO the day before BL’s deposition, the judge is going to rule on another critical component, thus giving her another out for her deposition to be rescheduled. Lovely.
