King Charles Shares Rare Health Update Amid Cancer Battle | E! News

King Charles III is sharing a rare health update amid his cancer battle. Over a year after the British monarch shared he had been diagnosed with an undisclosed cancer in February of 2024, he tells a royal fan during a recent visit to the jockey club rooms in New Market that he is in a good place. As the fan recalls of Charles’s explanation of his health to the PA news agency per Hello Magazine, he said he was feeling a lot better now and that it was just one of those things. Additionally, Buckingham Palace recently shares good news about the 76year-old’s health with a source telling NBC News in December that Charles was dealing with a managed condition and that his treatment cycle will continue into next year. While the king’s cancer journey is ongoing, he is also managing to maintain a busy schedule filled with royal duties alongside his wife, Queen Camila, even sharing what he has learned throughout his diagnosis at a reception honoring cancer researchers at the palace in April. He writes in a statement shared in booklets handed out at the event, “Each diagnosis, each new case will be a daunting and at times frightening experience for those individuals and their loved ones. But as one among those statistics myself, I can vouch for the fact that it can also be an experience that brings into sharp focus the very best of humanity.
