Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban Applying for Portugal Residency | E! News

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are applying for Portugal residency. The Oscar winner has put in an application to become a resident of Portugal. ENS has learned. And while no other name was listed on the form, her husband of 19 years, Keith Urban, still plans to join Nicole in the international move. A source with knowledge of the situation told E July 24th, Keith was unable to be in Portugal for this appointment as he is currently on tour in the US and it is mandatory for applicants to be physically present in order to apply for the visa. He is scheduled to submit his application at a later date that works with his tour schedule. However, the couple haven’t set their sights on the European country as a permanent residence. As the source added, while Nicole and Keith own a home in Portugal, their primary residence will continue to be in Nashville. Indeed, Nicole and Keith are no strangers to living outside of Hollywood. In fact, the Big Little Lies star previously shared that raising their daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret in Tennessee feels incredibly sacred to her. Nicole told People in a 2019 interview, “My roots are deeply embedded here in Nashville. Our house is always full of kids. Sometimes we have eight kids over for dinner after school. I’m so grateful.” And the star, who also shares kids Isabella and Connor with ex Tom Cruz, credited her resilient marriage with Keith, with helping to form that solid foundation in Nashville, where they’ve lived since Sunday was born in 2008.
