I Want To Sincerely Applaud Blake Lively! Justin Baldoni’s Nemesis… | Perez Hilton

This might shock you, but I actually have something positive to say about the deservedly tauntable Blake Lively. Hello, my friend. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer, and she and her legal team have just done the bare minimum. Applause. Subpoena. Serena is at it again, only this time trying to serve another third party to this litigation. Rob Sullivan, he is an editor who worked on It Ends With Us, who had a good relationship with Justin Baldon because the two of them would text a lot. It’s unclear at this moment what Kruella Lively is asking for, but she’s been trying to serve him, and it’s not been very fruitful. With all of Ryan Reynolds’s money, you would think she could afford better process servers. And because they’ve been unable to serve this subpoena on the film’s editor, they’re asking for the court to allow her to serve through non-traditional ways like social media. And in a shocking twist, she did not dox this person. Her legal team is actually behaving ethically. While we don’t know exactly what Amber Lively is looking for, it doesn’t seem to be related to their retaliation campaign. Instead, she tells the judge, “Mr. Sullivan is a witness to Miss Lively’s claims.” During the relevant time period, Mr. Sullivan served as an editor of the film at Issue. It ends with us. Mr. Sullivan appears on multiple text chains with and produced by defendant Justin Baldoni discussing postp production editing including the editing of certain intimate scenes of Miss Lively’s role in the editing process. Remember where she took control of the film and the editing? something that actors just do not do. Seeing as the judge has granted similar requests to other nonparties to this litigation, it’s 99.9% certain that Judge Lyman, her bestie, will agree to this as well. Additionally, and perhaps most surprisingly, is this shocking new development that was just submitted to the judge. I did not see this one coming. All parties, including third party, but uh involved in a separate lawsuit, Stephanie Jones, have told the judge that they want to cooperate and work together. All three parties, the Baldon Way Farah parties, his former publicist Stephanie Jones and her company, the PR agency Jones Works and Lively have entered to the judge a joint stipulation on the use of discovery in the Jones and Lively related actions. They tell the judge, “It is hereby stipulated and agreed by and among the Jones parties, Wayfairer parties, and Lively through their undersigned council that one documents and communications produced in one action will be deemed produced in both actions and will be usable by any party for any purpose in both actions as though it had been produced there.” And two, deposition testimony elicited in one action will be deemed elicited in both actions and will be usable by any party for any purposes in both cases as though it had been elicited there. And three is my thought. What the f? I’ve said this before and I will reiterate it. Why does Stephanie Jones, whose primary cause of action is breach of contract because Justin Baldon fired her even though there was still a lot of time left on her retainer? Why does Stephanie Jones need most of the information in the Baldon Lively case? I don’t understand it. If anybody could help me understand that and your comments on her team finally getting something right and doing the decent thing. Let’s discuss that and everything in the comments section.
