Darren Criss is very white passing and his Asian heritage is not from Korea. If they wanted to cast a visible Asian in that role they would have.
Reminds me of when Zoe Saldana played Nina Simone.
I’ve been a fan of Conrad since he first appeared on How To Get Away with Murder and it’s been wonderful to not only see his career going from strength to strength on Broadway but also to watch how he uses his platform to champion others. This is someone building and strengthening the ladder for those who will come after him.
