I don’t even often hear the word Hollywood or the word actress anymore at all in my orbit. It’s just been so so long. Like I’m I’m a nature gal. I’m an animal gal. I would much rather be, you know, barefoot walking through soil than in high heels anywhere. Yeah, seems high heels aren’t the norm on Nikki’s farm with husband Ian Summerholder. With the 37year-old detailing her preference for repairing clothes, leading to a rewarable wardrobe in line with her environmental mindset. I’m wearing my same shoes right now that I’ve worn for 15 years, and I just got them resold. Look at the bottom of that. I resold them like every three years because I wear the same shoes every day. I wear the same clothes every day. I’ve got vintage pants on and they’ve got a bunch of holes. And if I were to turn around and show you my butt pockets, you would see that my mom helps me patch the back of them because I wear the same pants. I ride my horses in them. I wear them to work. I love that she is promoting and showing that it's great to wear the same clothes. So many celebrities like Paris Hilton have promoted the idea that you can't wear the same outfit more than once. This is so wasteful and so many people can't afford a new outfit every day to keep up with trends.

You can definitely do that with quality clothing and shoes. I bought some shirts from the Gap recently and after the first wash they had tiny holes in them. Anyone know where I can buy some good quality cotton shirts that will last at least a year?

Saving the planet with small steps! I've been trying to stay away from fast fashion and been buying clothes that are timeless so that I can wear for decades. My goal is to have less clothes end up in the dump.

Same here 😊 I thought I was alone lol as a mom of two young kids I wear the same shoes, tshirts and shorts every week. When I worked I was wearing the same tops I wore in hs. I thought it was weird but nice to hear that I'm not the only one ❤ thanks for sharing 😊
What helps her too I think , she can afford the more expensive clothes which we know last longer. I consciously decided to just buy clothes when I need to replace an old ragged one. I just wish I could save em for 15 years. That would be a blessing on my wallet & the environment for everyone.
