Ray J Makes Rare Comments About Whitney Houston’s Death | E! News
Ray Jay is shutting down rumors about Whitney Houston’s death on a July 25th episode of Cam Newton’s Funky Friday podcast. The 44 year old says on Whitney’s tragic 2012 passing, “She’s one of the most important people to me.” Saying that I was in the room when she died. Bro, that’s the biggest cap I’ve ever heard. I wasn’t even there. I was nowhere around. Where were you? I was in San Diego doing a show. Okay. The Clive Davis event was the next day. We were going to go there together. Explaining why he hasn’t addressed Whitney’s death much, the singer says, “I barely speak on Whitney. She’s Whitney Houston.” Yes, that’s Whitney Houston, but she’s Whitney to me, right? And I just it’s to me it’s just so distasteful for somebody to have to tell somebody something that the other person can’t respond to. It’s to me it’s unfair. So I’ve always just never said nothing. Ray J goes on to explain what really happened around the time of Whitney’s death. And Ry, who was her bodyguard, he found her and he called me. CNN says Ray Jay found her. And then 10 minutes later like, “Oh no, Ray her bodyguard.” And I hate talking about it cuz I I got so much love for her. I’ve never seen her in that state. [Music]

He was ( the last) to see her alive
There was a man in a suit being rushed out the back of the motel and he was covering his face with his overcoat because he didn't want anyone to see who he was and it looks just like Ray Jays or Bobby Christina's boyfriend, Nick. There was a car full of people pulling up in the back of the motel to pick him up and I do believe that Brandy was in this car hollering rushing them to hurry up and get in. The suit they were wearing was a 3 piece suit like something you would wear to a party or fancy event. I want to say Clive was either in the back of the motel also or he may have been the one walking and helping this man cover his head up. I don't know but Ray Jay has acted strange ever since Whitney passed!!
