Royals recap: Meghan Markle gets ROYAL SNUB on birthday

It is a big old day for Megan Markle, who is not only celebrating her 44th birthday, but she’s also doing it by treating us all to a new release of her slightly controversial as ever rosé. So, everyone get ready to raise a glass to the Duchess of Sussex because the royal family certainly isn’t doing so. Even though Megan’s brand as ever posted a gushing tribute to her on her birthday, praising her as a woman, a business founder, a mother, a wife, the royal family has remained notably silent on this special day. And the likelihood is we aren’t going to get a birthday well-wish any of them anytime soon. However, that doesn’t appear to have offended Megan, who is carrying on with her birthday celebrations, likely at her home in Monteito with Prince Harry and their children. and of course preparing for yet another product launch for her business as ever. Megan has seen rave success with her brand launches thus far. All of which have sold out in a matter of days. Yes, that’s right. The exorbitantly expensive pots of jam gone. The special honeycomb jars with their honeycomb inside them gone. And unsurprisingly, the wine also gone. Even though it cost around $30 a bottle, which is even more expensive than my favorite, Whispering Angel, which I hate to tell you, in my un professional opinion, tastes a whole lot better. Still, Megan is excited to be treating people to yet another batch of her Nappa Valley rosé. Nope. Don’t know why it was made in Nappa when she’s based in Santa Barbara. But still, when several professional sumelier, whose opinions count for a lot more than mine do, reviewed the wine, they actually said that it was their favorite celebritymade rosé that they tried out of a number of different options. That even includes John Bon Joy’s very popular Hampton’s water. Don’t know who was more surprised, John Bonjovi or myself. Oftentimes when a member of the senior royal family celebrates a birthday, other members of the royal family will mark it with a post on social media. For example, Prince William, Princess Kate. When either of them have a birthday, a tribute of some kind is usually issued by King Charles’s account, which is the Buckingham Palace Instagram. However, relations between Prince Harry and Megan and the rest of the royal family remain incredibly tense. Even though there were reports that representatives for King Charles and representatives for Prince Harry had met in order to discuss a potential reproachment sometime in the future, it seems that things are not hunky dory quite yet. Maybe that’s what Megan’s wishing for when she blows out her birthday candles. Or will it be another rosé sellout? I’ll leave it to you guys to decide.

Meghan Markle celebrated her 44th birthday with vino! Meghan’s “As Ever” brand marked her milestone but writing to fans: “Today, our founder celebrates another year (Happy Birthday, Meghan!) and tomorrow, we’re raising a glass to celebrate our newest release! We are thrilled to share that our 2024 Napa Valley Rosé is available tomorrow.” Despite the exciting update, Meghan noticeably did not receive birthday love from Prince Harry’s family.
