In 2017, Nicole Kidman promised to work with a woman director at least once every 18 months. Eight years later, she’s now worked with 27. “The only way to do it is to actually do the work and show up and go, Yeah, I’m here. I’ll be in your film. I know we have $4M to make it. But we’ll make it.”

She’s the movie star she thinks she is, they could never make me hate her
And this is why she’s a Hollywood legend. Talking the talk and walking the walk.

Perfect example of somebody using their star power in a good way. It’s easy to just talk a big game and wear a dress with the names of directors to protest the lack of woman directors- but she’s actually doing something.
putting her money where her mouth is. i see you, nicole.
And honestly, I’ve loved some of her latest work.
Be the change you want to see in the world. Good for her.
It means that she is trustworthy. Some people from Hollywood could learn this.
