I do think it’s weird that no autopsy was performed. Brooke Hogan shares suspicions over her dad Hulk Hogan’s death. Less than two weeks after the WWE Hall of Famer died at the age of 71 from a heart attack, Brooke shared the lingering questions she has around the death of her father, with whom she was estranged in the last years of his life. She said during an August 5th interview with Bubba the Love Sponge. I do think it’s weird that no autopsy was performed because yes, you can have a heart attack, but what was the reason for the heart attack is the question. Shortly before calling into the live interview with Bubba, Brooke also shared a screenshot to her Instagram story that read, “Quick cremation without autopsy raises questions about Hulk Hogan’s death.” On top of the image, the 37year-old added the words, “Thank you.” Brooke also addressed the revelation that Hulk had been diagnosed with chronic lymphocitic leukemia, a slow progressing cancer of the blood and bones, which was revealed in medical records related to his cause of death. In her interview, Brooke shared she hadn’t known about the cancer diagnosis and wondered how the information could have been missed over the years when Hulk underwent multiple surgeries. She said, “That’s what has me puzzled because, you know, they’re saying, “Oh, he had leukemia.” And I’m like, um, I saw his blood work every time. One doctor, I quote, said his blood is like a 25year-old. I mean, he took he took the most care of his body and his blood. I mean, he was going to an anti-aging specialist and and would also, you know, just being through all the surgeries, you have to do a blood panel before any major surgery. How did nobody catch, you know, a high white blood cell count? That’s what that’s what bothers me the most, you know, and I’m like, we don’t have cancer that runs in our family. It just it seems weird. Enus has reached out to Hulk’s team for comment, but has not yet heard back. The interview with Brooke marks a rare instance in which she’s spoken publicly about her father’s death since it occurred. Previously, an update on how she was fairing came through her friend Ashley Kora, who shared a message on her behalf. Ashley wrote on her July 24th Instagram story over a black and white photo of Brooke and Hulk, “My dear sweet friend, Miss Hogan lost her father today. He died knowing what I know. Brooke loved him deeply, was fiercely loyal, and only ever wanted him to be peaceful, happy, and surrounded by people who valued him for who he really was. The message continued, “He chose differently for himself, but we can still remember him as a doing father to a little girl with big dreams and a bigger heart. The world lost a legend. We lost Mr. Balia, Brook’s dad.” And Brook’s husband, Steven Oleski, reshared the post his own story, adding, “Thank you for the love and support for my beautiful wife. We are incredibly lucky to have you in our lives. Not just during this challenging time, but always.

The officials don't do an autopsy on a death they reasonably can conclude natural causes to. They will pull blood, do a general medical review of prior medical records etc and doa head to toe of the body, but a full autopsy is not even close to common. They will do it if family pays, if they deem it unnecessary. I understand it. And I had the same fight with the coroner when my person died. Barring unusual circumstances or an otherwise young healthy person with no reason to be dead, they don't do it. It's considered being prudent with the government dollars.
An autopsy is not always performed. Especially in an instance of a heart attack 🤦🏻♀️ The family can ask for an autopsy and pay for it privately but it by no means is automatically done. She just wants her 5 minutes of fame all of a sudden after being estranged from him for years.

It’s not weird that an autopsy wasn’t performed. It’s chalked up as natural causes especially after a certain age. How can Brook say she saw his reports when she hadn’t spoke to him for years, how would she know his current health condition.
