Carly Pearce Hospitalized After Ranch Dressing Bottle Cuts Thumb | E! News

The country star shares a new get ready with me video on Tik Tok, sporting a large bandage over her thumb. The singer fills fans in on a recent incident that happened during dinner which sent her to the hospital. I went to open a bottle of ranch dressing that was a glass bottle. And when I went to open the bottle of ranch, it snapped off and a piece of glass cut my thumb. Soon her dining experience came with an unexpected side. All of a sudden, I thought that ketchup was running down my hand and it actually was blood. Carly says at first it didn’t seem like such a big deal, but paramedics on site recommended she get stitches, which meant she had to be loaded into the back of an ambulance. Now, where the stitches are are right in the crease of my thumb, and so I’m kind of figuring out how to do things not the way that I would. My assistant almost had to shave my left armpit because I didn’t think I could reach it. Unfortunately, this leaves the singer in a bit of a tough situation for her upcoming shows. So, what’s interesting is I have two shows this weekend. I hold my microphone with my dominant hand, which is my right hand, which is this hand. However, the Grammy winner does not let the ranch incident stop her from getting glammed up as she applies makeup with her bandaged finger like a total pro.
