James Corden reacts to CBS canceling ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert’

Are you happy you got out of late night? Especially since it’s under fire these days. It’s not that I’m happy to have got out of late night. I I you know, we did 1,198 late shows. That’s enough like you know and I’m so proud of that show. I’m so proud of what I did there. I I loved it. I loved it. It was extra an extraordinary experience to what a privilege to be part of such a thing and such a such a gang. And um I I think it’s very very sad, you know, that that late night’s not going to be there on CBS. It’s very sad. Makes me very sad cuz I when I was in the history boys in 2006, I used to rush home and I would watch Letterman at 11:30 and uh and I would watch Craig Ferguson at 12:30 and then and uh that that that won’t be there is is a sad thing.
